Why There Is No Real Time Video In
My Browser |
There are a couple of reasons why you can't view stream video in your browser |
1.Unsupported browser. Many IP cameras only support stream video in specific browser,
for example, IE. If you visit our website with an unsupported browser, you won't
be able to watch stream video.
- Workaround :the only way you can use is to press auto-refresh button in our web site to update the snapshot
in a couple of seconds.
2. Firewall
setting. This is the common reason for users behind corporation firewall
can't play back stream video due to the firewall block many ports
- Workaround :No good solution for firewall setting. You may need
to config your IP Camera to use port 80 if possible.
3.Browser Setting. The component of IP camera for stream video, such as ActiveX, usually is not allowd
to download and run directly in your browser by default.
Please see below for detail information how to fix it.
