If there is no alert received in the mobile device in case it should. Please check following the steps:
1. Alarm for the device is turned on in our website. Sign into mobiwatcher.com -> Remote Monitor -> choose right device ->Device, make sure Alarm is on. Point mouse on the icon under Alarm, it will show current status. If off, click the icon and turn it on.
2. The alarm in the camera is ON if there is integrated sensor inside the camera. If it is not on, turn it on.
3. The storage space is not 100% occupied. If the quota is 100% or more, alerts will be automatically disabled.
4. The cell phone number and the wireless provider is right. If not, go to profile menu to change it.
5. The text message service for the mobile device is functional.
