1.Log into mobiwatcher.com
2.Click Profile
3.Click Synchronized IP tab
4. Choose device from dropdown menu
5.Click "Synchronized IP Now" button
6.Click OK


Please be advised that you have to access our website to synchronize your IP camera in the same network as the IP camera, it means the computer you used to sign into mobiwatcher shares the same public IP address. Simple to say, when you try to synchronize your IP camera, can you physically see or touch the IP camera, if yes, go ahead, if not, stop.
