It is required to do a one time configuration in blackberry for Rogers users. Please following the steps below:

1. On the BlackBerry device Home screen, clickOptions.

Note: Depending on the theme running on your BlackBerry device, you may need to click Settings, then Options.
2. If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 4.1 or later, click Advanced Options>TCP.

OR

If you are running BlackBerry Device Software version 4.0 or earlier, click TCP.
3. Config Access Point Name (APN) information as below :

APN:internet.com
leave user username and password blank.Do not input anything there.

Press the trackwheel and select Save.


After done that, launch mobiwatcher client and do update profile. Then go to snapshot, if there is no camera showing, exit application then go to download and launch moniwatcher again.

Go to Live Snapshot, after the snapshot display, click soft button( the button at the left of trackwheel) to bring up context menu and click refresh to bring up live video.
