If there is no snapshot, following the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Make sure the internet connection in the monitored spot is good.
2. Make sure the camera is connected to the network.
3. Give the camera a hard restart.
4. Sign on into mobiwatcher, and go to profile then click synchronize IP
It should fix almost all problem caused by client side.
